Totem poles are a form of art created by Canadian First Nations people. Stanley Park has many totem poles as well as a splendid seawall on which bicycles, rollerblades and joggers are permitted. The park is located at the western tip of the city and has been nicknamed the natural “jewel” of Vancouver.

There are also great opportunities to watch professional sports; you could catch a hockey game with the famous Vancouver Canucks, soccer with the Vancouver Whitecaps or football with the BC Lions.
